As we review directory submissions that come our way at Yellow Pages SME, we inadvertently have to look at the lister’s website and compare it with that of his competitors. In doing so, we began to realize that over time, we had accumulated a fair bit of knowledge, not just about the companies that listed with us, but also their industry as a whole. We know too that consumers are also on a lookout for good companies to do business with and that finding internet reviews they can trust is sometimes difficult. Being a part of Yellow Pages, which started a consumer guide, we felt we are in a good position to bridge this gap. Hence, we started this section on our website, to provide you, the Singapore consumer, with honest and fair Industry reviews that you can rely on before you make your next purchase.
