CURRENT OPENINGS

Responsibilities:
  • Chase and follow up on payment on outstanding accounts through call / premise visit if necessary
  • Monitor the payment progress, ensure that debts are collected on a timely basis to meet the collection target
  • Work closely with sales on delinquent accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Propose and manage customers’ instalment payment plan
  • Handle and propose legal recover action against delinquent customers
  • Liaise with Lawyer for progress of the legal action for Writ of Summon and default Judgement, statutory demand, garnishee and various legal procedure
Requirements:
  • Retirees welcomed.
  • Credit and debt collection experience preferred.
  • Basic pay plus commission based on percentage of debt collected
Responsibilities:
Advertising & Promotions
  • Organise, gather and anaylze consumer information to formulate marketing strategies or enable better advertiser sell-throughcatalogues development, price list maintenance, contact lists and compilation of market information
  • Work with internal and external parties on marketing and sales promotion campaigns and on development and localization of marketing collaterals
  • Provide marketing support on database maintenance
  • Ensure coherent and consistent messaging that is aligned with company’s mission and mandate across all activities and with strategies and plans
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, media kits, etc.
  • To manage projects that result from partnership development initiatives
  •  Maintain social media and update of websites with information on new products, events, etc.
  • Working with editorial to attract and engage following
  • Keeping abreast with social media scene and implementing best practices
  • Lead generation, maintenance and management of customer database
  • Keep track of licensing and rights
  • Seek out new markets and opportunities

Digital & CRM
  • Preparing strategies to drive online traffic to the digital media platform
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the digital media platform
  • Developing and managing digital media strategy and marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the digital platform
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital Marketing activities and campaigns
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitors’ data
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of Developments in digital marketing
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and loyalty
  • Monitor and maximize CRM strategies ensuring sales optimization purposes
Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration
  • At least 1 years (s) of working experience in marketing for Marketing Executive and 2 years (s) for Senior Marketing Executive
  • Exposure in consumer or product marketing is an added advantage.
  • Candidates are expected to be proactive, resourceful, energetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They are also expected to be a team player.

  • Maintain existing customers and develop new customers in order to meet or exceed business revenue target
  • Handles sales enquires and requests promptly & professionally
  • Sales of the company's multi platforms products to corporate customers
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping full set of books for companies
  • Handle ad-hoc invoicing and inter-companies’ billing and reconciliation
  • Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliation
  • Process cheque/TT/Giro payments
  • Prepare operating reports and audit schedules
  • Handle audit queries if required
  • Prepare quarterly GST return and submission
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with min 1 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in using NetSuite accounting software is preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Meticulous and attention to details
Your role will include bringing Singapore-based clients come on-board to our new online platform. This position will not involve in sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Call clients from a database to introduce the new online platform and encourage free sign-ups.
  • Responsible for validation of database and update of the client’s profile
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and information gathered
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with our English and Mandarin speaking clients
  • Relevant experience in outbound calling is a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital business and/or marketing senior management roles
  • Has successfully executed mobile and e-commerce product development and implementation
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower teams to achieve Company’s objectives with a team approach.
  • Good track record of achieving sales revenue and profit targets
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work effectively with various teams and key stakeholders
