Stanley is a Director and Founder of investment company Global Media Holdings, which has a strategic stake in Global Yellow Pages Limited. He is also a director of the Angliss Property Group which deals in property investment in Australia. His appointment to the Board of Global Yellow Pages Limited took place in February 2007 and he was subsequently elected as Chairman on 25 July 2008. He was appointed Executive Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer on 11 February 2009. Stanley was then appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 30 September 2011.
He has spent his years in business covering various sectors including media and publishing, property development and investments, hotels and hotel management.
Joan Keat was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the Group in January 2014. He has over 19 years of financial management, investment, regulatory reporting and technical accounting experience in Big 4 accounting firms and global multinational companies.
Joan Keat graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in 1996 and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Freddie brings more than 37 years of experience and technical know-how in the paper, printing and publishing industry to the Global Yellow Pages family. As the Publishing Director, Freddie manages sales, directories content, production and circulation activities. The former publisher of well-known magazines, Freddie holds a Diploma in Marketing (UK), Certificate Diploma in Accounting and Finance (UK) and Diploma in Management Studies (SIM).
Magdalene is the Director of IT and has been with the Group since 1989. She was part of the core team that developed the enterprise architecture for the Business, and has been involved in the planning and management of enterprise-wide architecture advancements within Global Yellow Pages through the years. After a brief leave of absence, Magdalene resumed to take the helm of the Group’s IT department. Magdalene holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Vivien brings with her, over 20 years of experience in the advertising and media industry, to Global Yellow Pages. She has held senior managerial positions and headed business units at organisations such as Times Publishing Group and Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel). Vivien was previously at Global Yellow Pages for 8 years and after a brief absence, returned to take the helm as Head of Sales. Along with her extensive experience, Vivien has amassed an in-depth knowledge of the whole spectrum of media advertising platforms including niche industrial and lifestyle publications, digital, e-commerce, social media and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Samuel founded eFusion Pte Ltd, one of South East Asia’s largest mobile content (value-added services) businesses in 2000. It was subsequently acquired by a Malaysian listed company in 2006.
In 2004, he also founded eFusion Solutions Pte Ltd (Fusion Direct), a company specialising in direct selling and database marketing of unsecured banking and financial products like consumer loans and credit cards. eFusion Solutions Pte Ltd currently employs over 150 people in three countries and has won numerous awards from HSBC, American Express and Standard Chartered Bank, including Best Newcomer, Overall Top Agency, Top Sales Agency and Best Business Partner.
Samuel also founded Reebonz.com, an online luxury e-commerce e-etailer & marketplace to buy and sell a wide range of luxury products with over 350 staff operating in eight countries across Asia Pacific.
Samuel continues to mentor and guide young budding entrepreneurs. He has been President of the Audio Text Service Providers association as well as President of the Singapore chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organisation. He is also a member of Young President’s organisation (YPO), Singapore chapter. Samuel graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree (Second Class Honours) from Nanyang Business School in 2002.
Karin was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Group’s Australian Wendy’s Milk Bar franchise business in September 2015. She had an extensive career in finance and business and held senior finance executive roles within Australia and South Africa prior to joining Wendy’s. Karin brings a deep understanding of the global food & beverage franchising sector to our business and has been instrumental in providing strategic inputs to strengthen and grow one of Australia’s favourite brands. Building a dedicated team around her, Karin has given Wendy’s outlets across the country a refresh in the past year, injecting a new look and feel to the brand. Karin is now delivering a range of new initiatives and working with franchisees across Australia to further strengthen the network. Karin graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Degree (Hons) in 1988 and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
